Development Services

The Olympic Partners team has completed several development and redevelopments that included various product types, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, hotel, health club and single family lots. These developments have ranged in size from 151 acres to 156 acres. Steve Mimnaugh, the founder of Olympic Partners, was the 2002 developer host of the Parade of Homes that was held at his Romar West development located in Castle Pines, Colorado.
