The Olympic Partners team has completed a number of investment transactions in various product types, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, value-added projects and land. These investments have ranged in size from smaller transactions of approximately 30,000 s.f. to a very large transaction of a $170 million dollar portfolio consisting of 24 properties.
